Meet Miss Tauna
We’re excited to announce that Tauna Keltner is leading the new dance program for Lenexa Parks and Recreation. Miss Tauna brings more than 38 years’ experience in classic dance instruction. Come meet Miss Tauna and learn more about the dance program on August 23 anytime from 9 a.m. to noon at the Lenexa Community Center. Light refreshments will be available.
Art for Me
Paste, paint, and all the googly eyes a kid could ever want! Introduce your kids to art in this exciting new class that leaves all the mess to us. A new theme will be introduced each month, and students will utilize different mediums within the four classes.

Core Restore
A 7-week program for moms 8 weeks and beyond post-delivery wanting to rebuild their core. In this class, learn proper exercise techniques, body alignment, and posture while strengthening the core. This is a small-group dynamic so you will get the appropriate attention needed to be successful. Limited space available.

SNAG® Starting New At Golf
SNAG golf is a player-friendly, first touch development program. This program builds on strong FUNdamentals of the different strokes and swings and develops playing ability quickly and effectively. SNAG can be taught and played almost anywhere with immediate, positive results. Supplies included. Parents encouraged to participate with younger kids.

Family Game Night
Make plans to attend Family Game Night, 7-9 p.m., on Friday, Nov. 7 at the Lenexa Community Center. Families will compete in game-show themed games such as what are seen on TV. Bring your enthusiasm because there will be laughter, cheering, teamwork and lots of fun for all. Snacks and prizes will be available.
Cost is $20 for a family of 4 and $2 for each additional family member.
