New Year's Eve Kid-Friendly Celebrations

Here are a few kid-friendly celebrations around town.

Sat. Dec. 30th WonderEve at Wonderscope Children's Museum (Shawnee)
9 am - Noon


Ring in the “Noon Year” at WonderEve. Doors and all exhibits open at 9 a.m. and will close at noon. We’ll have balloon entertainment by Full O’Ballooney from 9-11 a.m. Join us for a New Year’s Eve concert by Mr. Stinky Feet, Jim Cosgrove, at 11 a.m.
At noon, ring in the “Noon Year” with us. We’ll have hats, noisemakers and a confetti blast!

Cost of admission is $8 for everyone 2 years and over. Members and children younger than 2 are FREE!

Tickets are limited to this event to the first 500 and will be available at the door.

Sat. Dec. 31st KCMB's Noon Year's Eve at Pinstripes (Overland Park)
9 am - 1 pm


Purchase tickets for the party from 9 am to 1 pm at Pinstripes At Prairiefire. DJ and dancing, crafts, interactive booths, food, and fun! 

$20 Adults (age 13 and up), $15 kids ages 4-12, $5 ages 3 and under. 135th & Nall, Overland Park


Sun. Dec. 31st New Year's Eve Family Celebration at Lenexa Public Market (Lenexa)
5 - 7 pm


DJ music, dancing, bingo, games, and a free commemorative item (while supplies last)
