30+ Candy-Free Ideas for Filling Plastic Easter Eggs

from a Jewish Mom of Teens

By Gail Keller - Publisher Macaroni Kid JoCo / KCK March 28, 2018

Being a Jewish Mom I have never had to fill plastic Easter Eggs.  After writing an article about 30+ Easter Events in Johnson County last week, I thought, wow, kids get a ton of candy. Surely there must be so many other things you can put in those colorful oval plastic holders. I gave myself the challenge to search through my house for 20 minutes and come up with as many possible Easter Egg filling ideas as possible. Keep in mind that my kids are 15 and nearly 13 and I do a pretty good job at purging every year.  I was pretty surprised at what I could find.
