$1,000 Incentives Available to KC-Area Families with Preschoolers

By Sponsored Advertising Content from Jewish Federation of Greater Kansas City June 26, 2018

The Jewish Federation of Greater Kansas City is investing in the future of Kansas City’s Jewish community with its Right Start Preschool Incentive Program. The program offers eligible families a $1,000 grant upon enrolling their children in a local Jewish preschool. In addition to the $1,000 grants for qualifying full-time preschoolers, $500 grants are available for qualifying part-time preschoolers.

To receive the grant, three primary criteria must be met. To qualify, the child must:

  • be the first in the family to attend a Jewish preschool
  • be enrolling in a Jewish preschool for the first time, and
  • have at least one parent who identifies as Jewish.

The Right Start Preschool Incentive Program has a rolling application deadline. All applications are considered on a “first come, first served” basis, good while funds last in any given school year. Families can apply at jewishkansascity.org/rightstart to use the incentive grant at participating Jewish preschools.
