Last weekend my daughter and I were out of town for a family funeral, so my husband was home and on his own for meals. I do generally cook our meals at home, and it's not that he can't cook for himself, but 9/10 times he orders take-out when we aren't around.
We returned home yesterday, and to my delight, he shared that he'd cooked two Dream Dinners for his meals during our four-day trip away from home. He made the Firehouse Three Cheese Pasta with Meatballs (a family favorite—three cheers for leftovers!) and the Arroz Con Pollo (he said it was ten times better than the Chipotle dinner he usually gets when I'm out of town).
