Check out scarecrows designed by various local businesses along Johnson Drive in front of Shawnee City Hall. Pumpkin painting, build your own scarecrow and other activities for the kids. Baking contest (adult and youth) for best pumpkin bread, pumpkin pie and fruit pie.
