Earth Day Bike and Trike Celebration!

Description

Join us for a celebration of Earth Day in Ironwoods Park. All are welcome to bring and use their favorite non-motorized mode of transportation. Travel to different places in the park to learn about the many “mini biomes” it includes. 

What kinds of animals and insects live where? Do different plants “seek” certain locations? Explore the prairie/meadow, pond/creek, and wooded areas of the park. 

Stations throughout the park will provide information, activities, and goodies! We will be promoting conservation, recycling, and energy-saving tips for helping your family to keep our planet healthy!
