We'll be giving away holiday prizes every hour. Free entries begin at 5 p.m. by visiting the information booth in City Hall or by scanning the QR codes on the tables/signage. Winners are selected every hour at 6 p.m., 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. and will be notified via text message. Must be present to win.
